​Welcome to High Plains Walleye Outfitters! Owned and operated by the accomplished Mitchell Blehm, a winning tournament angler who relocated to Casper, Wyoming, in 2023. Mitchell began fishing at a very young age, has a degree in fisheries biology and has spent thousands of days on the water. He has won multiple tournaments, was a D1 collegiate angler and has experience from Alaska all the way to Mexico. With extensive experience guiding anglers in Missouri and fishing across the country, Mitchell specializes in electronics to help you easily locate and catch a variety of species. Since founding High Plains Walleye Outfitters in the spring of 2025, his passion for fishing ensures that every client enjoys a memorable experience on the water, targeting walleye and trout in the local reservoirs.
